The dye sublimation ink is Vaporized at high temperature and permeates through the surface of the dyed object opened in the high temperature.
As the temperature drops the surface of the object closes and the vaporized ink solidifies. In this stage, by high heat and pressure, the sublimated ink is directly permeated in polyester-coated objects or polyester textiles in order to produce products of high durability with no material modification. There is no feeling of touch other than the material itself.
Dyeing and printing with Dye sublimation ink is not applicable for natural materials like 100% cotton, but applicable for polyester textiles or polyurethane-coated metals, timbers and tiles. |

| Transfer paper |
| |
 |
| |
| Non-sticky type: Standard sublimation paper which is most widely applied for most of digital sublimation transfer printing. This paper has excellent ink transferring rate which is more than 98% and renders the richest colors. Few advantages are maintaining truest tone, wave free and instant drying. |

| Sticky type: Features stickiness on paper surface which holds perfectly coupled with the fabrics during heat pressing process. The stickiness is very important to prevent the most frequent factor for failure – ghosting effect. It can occur by the fabric contact and unstable hold between the fabric and paper during the heat press process. Instant dry and very sharp expression is also good advantage of this paper. |
